Pitch sizes are 10 by 10ft (3 by 3 meters) if you are larger than this size you MUST let us know in advance and pay extra for any extra space.

Our site manager is solely responsible for allocating your pitch, so please be nice to him. 

We have two trading areas the Faery Kingdom Arena where the main stage is, and the new Faery Village Market, next to the Earth heart Cafe and Dance tent. If your stall is bigger than you have booked you may be moved to another area, at the site managers discretion. He is responsible for the health and safety of everyone so the buck stops with him.

GENERATORS: Must be the modern silent type in housing. If your generator does not comply to this, you may be asked to turn it off.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: Must be PAT tested.

All traders must remain trading until the end of the festival (Sunday evening) You may not leave the site while the festival is still running. This is a term of your trading at our event. If you can not agree to this it is important that you let me know ASAP info@faeryevents.com

All traders must have Public Liability Insurance as Miller Hanover Insurance notes cover to the value of 5 million when trading at any of our events. Please dispose of any waste and leave your pitch how you found it. Excess waste left may incur a £50 surcharge.
